This was a momentous event for Aung Swe Oo, where he secured three major prizes: First Prize for his Avatar-inspired tattoo, Second Prize for his Harry Potter portrait tattoo, and First Prize in the cover-up category for his leg art. Building on this success, Aung Swe Oo continued his winning streak in September 2023 at the Golden State Tattoo Expo in Pasadena, California, where he once again won First Prize for his Avatar tattoo and another First Prize for his remarkable cover-up work.
